This custom ring gear assembly eliminates spline and fatigue failure common with 2004R transmissions installed behind engines producing over 400 foot pounds of torque.The factory flange and broach is removed and replaced with our in house CNC machined steel billet flange. This is finest ring gear available; Period. No core charge required.

This Kolene processed pressure plate is a must for extreme duty 2004R applications. A thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and parallel decked pressure plate is treated to a proprietary nitrocarburized case hardening process and micro-polished finish. Nitrocarburization vastly increases the components flex resistance, fatigued  strength and wear resistance.

Includes all of our popular rollerized 2004R competition components. The factory thrust washers lack durability and thrust surface area. These precision machined components are fit with needle thrust bearing assemblies that replaces the failure prone OEM thrust washers.

This specially processed component is a must for extreme duty 2004R applications. OEM output shaft is treated to a proprietary nitrocarburized case hardening process which increases its fatigue strength for a major improvement in component durability. Eliminates/reduces the twisting and wear common at the splined interface between the shaft  and output yoke.

This is a completely blueprinted "drop in" front pump assembly fit with the competition components necessary to provide  295 psi of maximum line pressure for use in the most demanding applications.

The factory  thrust washer installed between the lo reverse clutch housing and input drum lacks durability and thrust surface area. This precision machined clutch housing is outfitted with a needle thrust bearing assembly that replaces the thrust washer.
