4L80E Bushings, Bearings, Thrust Washers

This kit includes all of the bushings required to overhaul 1991-1995 model GM 4L80E transmission. Select bushing are upgraded to increase transmission performance and durability.

This kit includes all of the bushings required to overhaul 2004 and up model GM 4L80E transmission. Select bushing are upgraded to increase transmission performance and durability.

This kit puts an end to output shaft to case thrust and selective washer failure common to the 4L80E in all heavy-duty and hi-performance applications.The kit replaces these items with a high capacity thrust bearing assembly and selective shims to manage thrust loading and allow proper rear end play adjustment. Includes new case bushing.

This selective front end play thrust washer kit is used to check and adjust front end play in the 4L80E transmission. Kit includes one each of the five selective washers which measure in @ .059", .075", .091", .107", and .123" thick.
