This is a complete "drop in" replacement front pump assembly. The pump is set up to provide approximately 80 P.S.I. minimum and 295 P.S.I. maximum of line pressure. The stock cast iron pump rotor is replaced with a fully CNC machined steel billet pump rotor assembly eliminating the chance of pump rotor failure. The pump rotor and slide are properly clearenced to approve pump efficiency. Custom pump slide springs reduce pump pressure and volume losses and increase pump output throughout the whole operating range. Pump rotor is assembled with new vanes and vane rings. Pump body and cover are made parallel and oil drained back holes are enlarged. Pump body receives a Teflon coated bushing, CNC machined .500 T.V. boost valve and .300 intermediate boost valve furnish instant pressure rise improving shift quality at all throttle angles. Pump cover is fit with an induction hardened stator tube, new anchor pin and mounting bolts.
